EE was climbing down out of water truck and when he stepped on the ground his foot slipped and left knee struck step on truck. Knee started hurting after a few days and he went to the doctor on 1/14/13 Doctor put him off work pending MRI.

EE was helping move an electrical cable when the cable suddenly moved after being caught on something and pinned EE's hand between the cable and the end loader bucket. This caused a laceration which required stitches.

EMPLOYEE SHOVELED COAL FOR TWO HOURS WHEN A BELTLINE STALLED OUT AND WHEN HE GOT UP THE NEXT MORNING HIS BACK WAS HURTING. IT GOT WORSE THE 2ND DAY AND HE WENT TO THE DOCTOR WHO TOLD HIM TO BE OFF FOR TWO OR THREE WEEKS.

EE WAS HELPING INSTALL A BELT SCRAPER RUBBER ON THE E-BELTLINE. HE STOOD UP ON A 5 GAL BUCKET ADN THE BUCKET TURNED OVER CAUSING EE TO HIT HIS CHIN ON THE CORNER OF A BELT ROLLER BRACKET CUTTI NG CHIN, REQUIRING 7 STITCHES.
