INJURED WAS CUTTING OF BOLTS ON WASH BOX TRACK. A BOLT THAT I NAME HAD JUST CUT OFF FELL INTO HIS RUBBER BOOT TOP AND RESULTED IN A 2ND DEGREE BURN TO HIS LEFT ANKLE.
