While working on the crusher distribution box, went to move the 1-inch plate (distribution divider). The plate broke loose and crushed left thumb fracturing it.

Struck against stationary object
After cleaning the bucket on a Skid Steer. The employee went to get in the equipment to park it for the night and stuck left shin on the step on the bucket causing a laceration and the need for stitches.

While climbing up the side of Excavator the handle broke and struck shin on the equipment. The injury was reported but was not an injury and 20 days later the employee contracted cellulitis.
