EMPLOYEE STATED THAT HE WAS GETTING READY TO CHANGE PLACES AND THAT HE WAS SETTING BESIDE OF BOLTER AND TOOK HIS RIGHT HAND AND PULLED THE TRAM LEVERS SLUING BOLTER OVER ON TO HIM. HE THEN SLU ED THE BOLTER BACK OVER AND SENT HELPER FOR MINE FOREMAN.
