Two employees were performing maintenance on a hazmag crusher and while flipping a blow bar, it fell off of the stud on the lifting mechanism towards ee who was standing on the belt facing the rotor; he was able to keep his hands on it as it fell, however at approx 600 lbs it did hit his left leg which pushed him back up against the back wall of the crusher.

Employee was on a catwalk next to the screen making a 4""x7"" notch in a 10' strip of belting with a utility knife, when the knife slipped and struck his left wrist.
