EMPLOYEE PARKED SERVICE TRUCK ON A SLOPE. WHEN HE OPENED TOOL BOX AND LET GO, TOOLBOX LID FELL CATCHING EMPLOYEE'S FINGER, ONE NEXT TO LITTLE FINGER ON LEFT HAND. IT CUT FINGER ON TIP PART. I CARRIED EMPLOYEE TO HOSPITAL. THE CUT REQUIRED 5 SUTURES. EMPLOYEE RETURNED TO WORK WITHOUT ANY OTHER MEDICATION REQUIRED.
