Went onto back deck between scale house and truck scales to get chair she just cleaned. Stepped off steps onto deck and board gave way and fell through deck injuring knee on nail cutting about a 1" deep cut in knee.

Making repairs to tailgate pin on haul truck. Used loader to push tailgate arm and pin into position. While tightening last bolt bucket slipped off arm of tailgate catching left hand between arm and bucket.
