Employee was driving a truck in the plant area. The truck hit a hole in the road, and ee reported that his head bounced from side to side, making his neck pop.

Employee was operating the loader when he saw that the stacker belt had stopped. He got off the loader and began running toward the belt. He twisted his right knee, pulling and possibly tearing ligaments.
