EMPLOYEE ARRIVED AT WORK WHICH HAS A BROKEN INSIDE DOOR HANDLE. HE ATEMPTED TO OPEN THE DOOR BY REACHING THROUGH WINDOW, BUT WAS UNABLE TO. HE THEN CLIMBED OUT WINDOW AND INJURED HIS BACK. HE DID NOT REPORT INJURY OR SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL 04/24/99. BACK STRAIN.
