Employee alleges he was cleaning out a grizzly and he reached down to remove a small rock and then a big rock fell over and smashed his finger between the grizzly and the rock causing a laceration to his right index finger. He received 6 stitches.
Employee placed a 4x4 underneath a portable pump to be able to pick the pump up with a forklift. He signaled the operator to raise the forks. The 4x4 snapped pinching the end of his little finger causing a small fracture.
