HE WAS OPERATING THE D8 CAT & THE LOADER FEEDING GRAVEL TO THE CRUSHER. WHEN HE FINISHED HIS SHIFT HE HAD LOWER BACK PAIN ON HIS RIGHT SIDE. HE WORKED SATURDAY, JULY 13. THE PAIN WAS WORSE THA T NIGHT. HE DID NOT RETURN TO WORK HIS NEXT SCHEDULED SHIFT 7-17-02. HE WENT TO CHIROPRACTOR 7-24-02. HE CALLED THE OFFICE 7-24-02 TO TELL ME ABOUT HIS PROBLEM.
