HE AND ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WERE TRYING TO POUND A PIN OUT OF THE LOADER. HE WAS HOLDING A BOLT. WHEN THE PIN CAME OUT, THE LOADER BUCKET FELL, THE BOLT SMASHED HIS HAND AGAINST THE LOADER.
