S. T. Wooten Corporation · Struck against stationary object

Front End Loader operator was descending ladder to take a break when he rolled left ankle as he stepped onto bottom rung. Ladder and operator's boots were both clean and free of debris. Operator stated he maintained three points of contact as he descended ladder. Operator could not recall looking at rungs as he descended. There were no witnesses to accident.
