Removing oil drain plug with wrench. Heard pop in elbow. Didn't learn employee would need surgery until later. Surgery occurred 08/10/2016.

Worker was using a utility knife to cut packaging on a cord drive over. Was pulling knife toward himself instead of pushing away. Cut right leg, mid thigh about 1/2in long. Received 2 stitches.
