EE was standing on an uneven dirt mound and upon stepping off of it, EE stepped on a pipe, slipped and shifted all EE's weight onto EE's left leg causing EE pain in EE's knee thereafter. EE was limping following the incident, rested EE's leg for a while before deciding to leave.

Cutting with torch and sparks popped back at me and went under my glasses and in my left eye.

Cutting with torch-a small fragment of rust popped under safety glasses and struck me in eye-went to emergency room-they could not see it. They send me to opthamologist-she could not find anything-said it must have come out.

THE SKIDSTEER NEED A NEW RADIATOR WE WERE PUTTING HYDRAULIC COOLER ON TOP OF THE RADIATOR TO BE BOLTED TOGETHER WHEN THE HYDRAULIC COOLER SLID OFF THE FORKS OF THE SKID STEER AND HIT ME ON TOP OF MY HEAD, THEN SLID OFF MY HEAD AND CAME TO REST ON MY KNEE PINNING ME. OTHER EE PICKED IT OFF ME. I WAS DIZZY ABOUT A MIN. THE NECK MUSCLES WERE SORE IN BACK.
