Associate was fueling dozer, fuel nozzle started to slip from the machine and associate reached for hose and hopped down to the ground (32""). He landed on a small hump of dirt causing a dislocation of the left ankle and a compound fracture of the lower leg bones. Surgery was performed on 1/6/15 and a no weight restriction was placed on associate for eight weeks.
