WHILE ADDING WATER TO THE RADIATOR OF A DRILL, THE INJURED BENT-OVER TO PICK UP A 1/2 FULL 5 GALLON BUCKET OF WATER AND STRAINED HIS BACK.

WHILE WALKING FROM HIS PICK UP TRUCK TO THE MINE OFFICE THE INJURED FOR NO APPARENT REASON, PASSE DOUT, THE INJURED HAD NOT EXERTED HIMSELF. DOCTORS HAVE DETERMINED IT WAS NOT HEART RELATED. BUT DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM. EH ISRELEASED FOR BACK TO WORK WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.
