WHILE WALKING FROM HIS PICK UP TRUCK TO THE MINE OFFICE THE INJURED FOR NO APPARENT REASON, PASSE DOUT, THE INJURED HAD NOT EXERTED HIMSELF. DOCTORS HAVE DETERMINED IT WAS NOT HEART RELATED. BUT DO NOT KNOW WHAT CAUSED THE PROBLEM. EH ISRELEASED FOR BACK TO WORK WITH NO RESTRICTIONS.
WHILE RELEASING PRESSURE ON A LOADER THAT WAS HEATING UP, THE INJURED KICKED THE RADIATOR CAP OFF AND HOT WATER SPRAYED ON HIS LEGS, BURNING THEM.
