While defecating employee claims that his left knee was strained. There were no prior visual indications, nor prior communications, with his supervisor of any physical impairment.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL ON A SKIDSTEER TO INSPECT SENSOR WIRE WHEN HE BUMPED HIS SHOULDER ON THE EXHAUST. FIRST AID WAS BURN SPRAY AND BANDAGE. HE WORKED NEXT DAYS WITHOUT COMPLAINT. ON JUNE 10 HE WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM WITH AN INFECTION. DR EXCUSED HIM FROM WORK THROUGH THE 17TH
