Employee claims that he went to use the bathroom (provided on site) but it was occupied. Instead of using a second bathroom (also provided on site) employee went behind a spoil pile and defecated. While defecating employee claims that his left knee was strained. There were no prior visual indications, nor prior communications, with his supervisor of any physical impairment.

EMPLOYEE WAS REMOVING THE SIDE PANEL ON A SKIDSTEER TO INSPECT SENSOR WIRE WHEN HE BUMPED HIS SHOULDER ON THE EXHAUST. FIRST AID WAS BURN SPRAY AND BANDAGE. HE WORKED NEXT DAYS WITHOUT COMPLAINT. ON JUNE 10 HE WENT TO EMERGENCY ROOM WITH AN INFECTION. DR EXCUSED HIM FROM WORK THROUGH THE 17TH

During stone splitting operatin minor cut left thumb on sharp piece of stone. guaze pad and tape to control bleeding were used. minor was transported to potean hospital and received stitches.
