Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

While installing a screen on the middle deck, employee had hand on bottom of screen when the screen shifted and caught hand and fingers between screen and bottom of deck. Employee was treated and received stitches. Employee returned to work the following day with restrictions.

Employee tried to fix a skirt board rubber while belt was in operation. Employee did not contact the Plant operator as required for Lockout. Injured Thumb- right hand

Employee was cutting a ACSR cable with a band saw. EE was holding the cable in EE's left hand, saw in the right. After the cut was made, the blade stopped and came to a rest on top of EE's left hand, causing a cut requiring four stitches. The employee finished EE's shift after the cut, got the stitches and returned for work at the normal starting time the next day.

EE WAS PERFORMING MAINTENANCE ON A HAUL TRUCK. WHEN HE WENT TO REMOVE HIS HAND, HIS FINGER BECAME CAUGHT ON THE HEATER BOX. HIS FINGER WAS CUT WHEN HE TRIED TO REMOVE IT.

EE WAS CONDUCTING MAINTENANCE ON A CRUSHER. WHEN THE GROUP WAS REPOSITIONING THE CRUSHER LID, THE LIFTING CABLE SHIFTED, CAUSING THE LID TO SHIFT. EE'S HAND WAS CAUGHT BETWEEN THE LID AND A PIECE OF METAL.
