Fall to the walkway or working surface

Employee and another man were carrying piece of stone tread. He was walking backwards, tripped over another piece of stone, fell & twisted right knee.

Contact with heat

Employee requested relief from operating loader. He came up to office where he felt dizzy, nauseous, & head ached. He vomited, passed out and fell onto floor. Ambulance transported him to hospital.

Employee was helping load stone treads onto a customers truck. While carrying the piece to truck, he felt his right knee pop.

Struck by falling object

Injured EE and another EE were pulling stone treads for an order. They removed 1 piece from pallet and leaned it against pallet in order to pull next piece. The leaning tread fell on top of injured EE's foot.

Employee was pulling ""stone treads"" for cutting orders. He lifted a heavy tread & pulled a stomach muscle.

Employee was loading baskets with building stone products when he strained the muscles in his right wrist & forearm.

Employee chipping off edge of large concrete block with a sledge hammer when a piece of steel or concrete went under safety glasses & hit his eye.
