A fire occurred at the water treatment building near the ponds. The cause is unknown at this time. There were no injuries.

While loading a train an empty railcar was observed with tree limbs inside it. The injured was standing on the ladder on the outside of the stopped car while another employee handed the tree limbs out to him. The injured lost his balance and fell hitting his side on the trailing railcar, then falling to the ground. The injured suffered a cracked rib.

Employee slipped as he walked into the plant carrying wrenches to repair a pump. He injured his arm in the process.

EE slipped on uneven ground.

EE cut his finger on a screen.

Greasing bearing slipped and fell.

Changing spring on clean coal screen, spring fell on foot.

Slipped and fell on left arm.

JUMPED OFF HANDRAIL AND HURT RIGHT KNEE.

FELL OFF STEP LADDER HIT RIGHT KNEE ON STEEL CHUTE.

CUT LEFT FOREARM WITH UTILITY KNIFE.
