Accident reported 4/22/2008; after employee had been off for illness. Employee reported he had lifted 20 pallets weighing approximately 45 lbs each over a shift. Employee reported this caused internal injuries.
EMPLOYEE PUT UP A LADDER TO CLIMB ONTO A HOPPER BIN. LADDER SLIPPED OUT FROM UNDER HIM CAUSING HIM TO FALL AND HIT HIS SIDE ON HOPPER BIN.
