Cersosimo Industries Inc · Accident type, without injuries

HAUL TRUCK PULLED UP TO CONVEYOR AND LOADER OPERATOR BACKED UP AND RAN INTO HIM. IT DENTED THE CORNER OF THE BUMPER OF THE HAUL TRUCK. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO EITHER OPERATOR.

Cersosimo Industries Inc · Struck against a moving object

DRIVER WAS HAULING PRODUCT WHEN A BEE BEGAN BUZZING AROUND HIS HEAD. HE SWATTED AT THE BEE AND HIS KNEE JERKED THE WHEEL CAUSING HIM TO GO OFF THE ROAD. THE BODY ROLLED ONTO ITS SIDE. THERE WA S NO DAMAGE.
