HAUL TRUCK PULLED UP TO CONVEYOR AND LOADER OPERATOR BACKED UP AND RAN INTO HIM. IT DENTED THE CORNER OF THE BUMPER OF THE HAUL TRUCK. THERE WERE NO INJURIES TO EITHER OPERATOR.

DRIVER WAS HAULING PRODUCT WHEN A BEE BEGAN BUZZING AROUND HIS HEAD. HE SWATTED AT THE BEE AND HIS KNEE JERKED THE WHEEL CAUSING HIM TO GO OFF THE ROAD. THE BODY ROLLED ONTO ITS SIDE. THERE WA S NO DAMAGE.

POSITIONED HYDRAULIC HAMMER ON OVERSIZED ROCK TO BREAK IT, WENT TOTALLY THROUGH ROCK ON FIRST ATTEMPT SENDING VIBRATIONS UP THROUGH BOOM AND SNAPPING EMPLOYEE'S NECK TO THE SIDE. HE CONTINUED TO WORK NOT REPORTING UNTIL THE FOLLOWING WEEK WHEN HE WAS VERY UNCOMFORTABLE.
