A ROOF FALL OCCURRED AT STA #9 TWO BLOCKS FROM THE BELT HDG. SIZE 20'L X 15'W X 6'H. AREA WAS DANGERED OFF, LEVELED DOWN & CRIBS WERE SET ON CRIBS IN THE AREA OF THE FALL. POST WAS SET IN THE X-CUTS ALONG THE FALL. ONLY THE EMPLOYEES NEEDED TO REHABILITATE THE FALL AREA WHEN USED.
