Struck against a moving object

The driver was backing up to the scales to weigh a loaded truck. He felt he had gotten too close to a portable toilet on his right side and pulled forward to set over. He overcompensated and backed onto an incline, causing the truck to overturn.

Struck by falling object

While working on a front end loader the hood fell and struck the EE on the foot.

Employee was putting lime in the lime feeder and felt something pull in his lower back.

EE HAD DROPPED 3 EMPTY RAILROAD CARS AND WAS DISMOUNTING THE CARS WHEN A RAILROAD CAR FILLED WITH GRAVEL BEING MOVED BY NORTHFORK/SOUTHERN WAS RELEASED AND STRUCK THE EMPTY CARS THE EE WAS ON. THIS CAUSED THE EE TO BE KNOCKED FROM THE EMPTY CARS.

EE WAS CHANGING A GREASE FITTING ON THE STOKER ABOVE THE FIREBOX AT THE THERMAL DRYER. THE DOOR WAS OPEN ON FIREBOX. HIS ""COVERALLS"" IGNITED CAUSING BURNS TO HIS LEGS AND FINGERS.
