The driver was backing up to the scales to weigh a loaded truck. He felt he had gotten too close to a portable toilet on his right side and pulled forward to set over. He overcompensated and backed onto an incline, causing the truck to overturn.

EE reported on 3/4/10 that while lifting a 50lb bag of lime he felt something pull in his stomach.
Employee was setting on the floor and was using his foot to push a piece of metal. His foot slipped and he pulled a muscle in his calf.

EE WAS CHANGING A GREASE FITTING ON THE STOKER ABOVE THE FIREBOX AT THE THERMAL DRYER. THE DOOR WAS OPEN ON FIREBOX. HIS ""COVERALLS"" IGNITED CAUSING BURNS TO HIS LEGS AND FINGERS.
