The miner had his glove pulled in by rotating auger. This resulted in a laceration and four stitch on his left middle finger.

Cranesville Stone Inc · Caught in, under or between running or meshing objects

Drive belt on conveyor motor was loose & slipping. Belt was shut down for repairs. After belts were tightened plant operator notified affected EEs in area that he was going to start belt back up. Repeated as he walked back to MCC. IE noticed some rock in & around belt pulley & informed operator but he didn't hear. As IE reached in to remove rocks, belt started up.
