EE was working with other crew members taking a motor w/structure to another location when they de-railed the motor. They were working to jack the motor up to get it back on rail when he stepped off of the flat car. He states his knee ""popped"".

He contacted mine mgmt on 6-15-04 alleging that he needed an MRI & was having problems due to previous injury.
