HE WAS HELPING PUT BEARINGS IN CENTER SECTION OFA UNIHAULER. ANOTHER EMPLOYEE WAS USING A PORTA-POWER TO PRESS THE BEARINGS IN PLACE. THE VICTIMWAS WATCHING THE BEARINGS TO SEE IF THEY WERE MO VING. THE BEARINGS SHOT OUT AND STRUCK HIM.

HE WAS HELPING 2 OTHER MEN SET 3X8 HEADER HE WAS HOLDING OVER END OF THE HEADER UP WHILE THE OTHERMEN SET THE LEG ONT HE OTHER END. THE HEADER AND LEG SLIPPED LETTING THE HEADER COME DOWN HITT ING HIM.
