Miner felt dizzy/sick so miner parked and got out of the front-end loader. After getting down from the loader miner passed out. A co-worker came to miner and called 911. An ambulance took miner to the nearest hospital. EMS said miner reported having chest pains. The hospital is still analyizing results.

Worker experienced an allergic reaction and exhibited redness/swelling in forehead and cheeks. Worker was given a prescription by DR to alleviate symptoms. DR Diagnosis: Unspecified contact dermatitis. The cause of the reaction is unknown. No lost time.
