Employee was kneeling and putting a belt onto a crushing machine. Employee heard a "popping" sound from left knee and tried to stand up. While trying to stand ee felt pain and fell back to the ground.

EE WAS GETTING BACK INTO HIS LOADER. AS HE WAS GRABBING THE DOOR HANDLE, HIS HAND SLIPPED OFF THE HANDLE. HE FELL, HITTING HIS HAND ON THE STEPS. BREAKING TWO BONES IN HIS HAND.
