WHILE EE WAS WORKING ON MOTOR SHEAVE HE FOUND THAT A SPRING WAS IN THE WAY. HE REMOVED THE SPRING AND TOSSED IT OR DROPPED IT TO THE CATWALK. THE SPRING BOUNCED BACK UP AND PINCHED THE END OF HIS FINGER AGAINST A PIECE OF STEEL.
EMPLOYEE WAS CUTTING OLD WELDS WHEN RUST POPPED & A PIECE FLEW INTO HIS RT EYE CAUSING A CORNEAL ABRASION
EMPLOYEE WAS HELPING UNLOAD CARTONS WHEN HE INJURED HIS BACK SINCE THAT TIME HE HAS BEEN LOSING FEELING ON THE LEFT SIDE OF THE BODY BUT DID NOT SEEK MEDICAL ATTENTION UNTIL 04-05-91
