Employee performing maintenance on drag line brakes. Struck RT arm on expanded metal guard which caused a laceration. Employee sought medical treatment same day, received sutures. Reporting within 10 days.

Employee manually adjusting over travel of hoist rope on dragline & felt pain in RT shoulder. Employee sought medical treatment and was given a cortisone injection and referred to PT.

Manually pounding a metal t-post into the ground using a metal post pounder,lifted the pounder too high missing the post and hitting the post with fingers in between the post and the pounder causing the injury cutting from the tip to the fist knuckle on Index & Middle fingers on Left Hand.

Employee was mowing with a riding mower per perpendicular to the slope. Due to the steepness the mower slip and the deck caught causing it to roll over several times landing on the employee causing bruising and strains to his lower extremities.
