Employee was loosening a large nut on the jaw crusher. When the nut came loose, his finger was pinched between the wrench and frame, splitting open the tip of his right hand ring finger. He required one stitch to hold the flap in place.

Employee was helping to clear large rocks from the feed opening to the jaw crusher when he strained his lower back

EE was servicing his loader to begin his shift. He fell off the left rear fender, while attempting to loosen the cap on the hydraulic oil tank. he landed on the ground injuring his right knee.
