The employee was walking to a piece of equipment in the early morning hours before full sunlight when they stepped on a rock, rolling their ankle which caused them to fall to the ground.

EE was initially released to full duty and later placed off work by the medical provider.

Was released on 3-31-05 with restrictions of wt lifting equal or less than 25 pounds until recheck on 4-11-05.
