EE tripped over wheel chock while placing a water house on their water truck. EE fell forward onto their right elbow resulting in a contusion. EE went to Urgent Care for x-rays (no fractures noted) and denied a Toradol injection. EE returned to Urgent Care on 07.19.2022 for a Toradol injection. Ortho Referral is scheduled for 07.28.2022

Employee was helped out and transported by the supt. To Speaefish Regional Hospital where he was treated and released.
