Miner was lifting a train door opening bar when the door bound causing EE to strain a back muscle.

Over-exertion in pulling or pushing objects

Miner was manually opening a dump train car when material sloughed down onto the door causing it to rapidly open jerking the miner's arms causing a shoulder strain

While employee was operating a FEL he began to feel pain in his lower abdomen. He could not identify any event or specific time the pain began. The employee went to a local clinic where he was given prescription medication and placed on light duty for seven days.

Employee was unloading rail cars. The bar he was using slipped and struck him in the upper lip casuing a laceration that was closed with 3 sutures.

Employee was crossing a parked gravel train between cars. Employee climbed over knuckle, grabbed bars and swung out. Employee missed toe kick on walkway and struck left shin, lacerating area that required stitches. Employee did not have lost time.

WHILE WALKING FROM SCREEN TO PLATFORM WET BOOT SLIPPED , EE PIVOTED AND FELL TO A CONVEYOR BELT.PULLEYS ON CONVEYOR BRUISED RIGHT SHOULDER AND LOWER BACK. EE STATED THAT HE WAS OK AND DID NOT WANT TO SEE A DOCTOR ON 4-2-03 AND ALSO ON 4-7-03 ON 4-18-03 EE REQUESTED TO SEE A DOCTOR AND WAS SEEN THE SAME DAY.
