Agregados Del Valle Inc · Struck against a moving object

After leaving the loading area the truck driver heard an abnormal sound from the engine compartment, a couple of seconds later the engine shut down leaving the driver unable to steer the truck, impacting a berm and rolling over.

TRUCK WAS READY TO DUMP IT'S CHARGE. WHEN GETTING READY TO DUMP, IT BROKE TWO(2) SCREWS IN IT'S UNDER CARRIAGE CAUSING THE TRUCK TO LEAN TO IT'S LEFT SIDE.
