Operator slipped getting out of the excavator. He had a minor ankle sprain (left one). He was given first aid and taken to the hospital to verify his left foot.

EE TRIPPED AND FELL ON THE GROUND. HE GOT A LACERATION ON HIS RIGHT UPPER EYELID AND A LACERATION IN HIS LEFT HAND WITH A SCREEN CLOTH THAT WAS LYING ON THE GROUND.
