Operator slipped getting out of the excavator. He had a minor ankle sprain (left one). He was given first aid and taken to the hospital to verify his left foot.

Coming down the ladder slipped striking the left side of his forehead with the ladder structure getting wounded. He was given first aid and taken to the hospital receiving seven stitches.
