The Rock Truck bed was in raised position when emp went let the bed down it started down normal then free fell about halfway down. Emp said EE hit EE's head on the cab but was fine, EE then went to the ER and was released to go back to work 12/24/25. EE then went to PMC Primary Care on 12/29/25 where they excused EE from work until EE sees a neurologist and they release EE.
