WHILE ATTEMPTING TO OPEN A FROZEN AIR BRAKE LINE ONE OF THE LINES WAS REMOVED WHILE UNDER PRESSURE AND SPRAYED AIR GUARD LIQUID INTO FACE. ALTHOUGH WEARING SAFETY GLASSES,SOME OF THE LIQUID MA NAGED TO GET UNDER HIS CONTACT LENS CAUSING A BURN ON HIS EYE WHICH DIDN'T SHOW UP UNTIL THE FOLLOWING DAY.

WHILE TRYING TO ADJUST THE HEADLIGHTS ON A FRONT END LOADER, THE OPERATOR SLIPPED OFF THE FENDER, WHICH HE WAS STANDING ON AND IN CATCHING HIMSELF DISLOCATED HIS THUMB ON FENDER.
