During initial setup of plant control of a swinging leg on the feeder was lost resulting in crushing of miners left hand.

Aggregate Construction Inc · Fall onto or against objects

While pulling power cords miner slipped and fell on power cord end injuring his groin. Initial diagnosis on 09/10/2014 was contusion, prescribed muscle relaxors and to take over the counter pain meds. Follow up visit on 09/12/2014 with Dr., diagnosis is likely a hernia, appointment for surgery scheduled for 9/15/2014 at 9:30 AM.
