EE WAS ENTERING TUNNEL. HE SLILPPED ON SOME LOOSE ROCKS ON THE GROUND, AND STRAINE HIS BACK.

EE WAS ATTEMPTING TO FREE A WEDGED SHEET OF IRONFROM FLOOR OF FEEDER PAN. IRON BECAME FREE AND MASHED EE'S HAND BETWEEN SHEET OF IRON AND FEEDER PAN FRAME. EE HAD STARTED TASK WEARING GLOVES BUT DURING THE JOB, EE REMOVED HIS GLOVES AND DID NOT HAVE THEM ON WHEN ACCIDENT OCCURRED. EE ADMITTED THAT GLOVES WOULD HAVE DEFINITELY LESSENED DAMAGE TO HAND.
