EMPLOYEE RAISED A GUARD FOR A HAMMER MILL AND BLOCKED IT IN POSITION WITH A BLOCK ON THE DRIVE SHAFT. THE BLOCK FELL OUT CAUSING THE GUARD TO DROP ON THE EMPLOYEE HAND. THE HAMMER MILL HAD A S AFETY CATCH BUT IT WAS NOT USED.
