Martin Marietta Materials · Caught in, under or between a moving and a stationary object

Employee was removing a piece of steel beam from the back of a truck and the beam shifted and landed on top of employees left hand. His index, middle and ring fingers were pinched between the beam and the truck causing a fracture and laceration to the middle finger.
