HE WS INN PROCES OF PUTTING BOLT IN HOLE WHEN A PIECE OF SLATE APPROXE 2\ X 2\ X 6" FELL FROMM ROOF BETWEEN RIB & ATRS & HIT OPERATOR IN LEFT SHOULDER & PUSHED HIM INTO PAVEMENT HITTING HIS RIGHT SHOULDER ON PAVEMENT CAUSING SWELLING & BRUISES.
