EE WAS POSITIONED TOO CLOSELY TO THE 773 HAUL TRUCKS HE WAS SPOTTING FOR IN THE FILL DUMP AREA. A ROCK FELL OFF THE LOADED MATERIAL IN A HAUL TRUCK WHEN THIS MATERIAL SHIFTED ONCE THE HAUL TRU CK DRIVER APPLIED THE BRAKES. THE ROCK HIT THE INJURED EE ON THE HEAD AND RIGHT SHOULDER.

EE WAS CUTTING A USED CONVEYOR BELT FOR SKIRTINGMATERIAL WITH A UTILITY KNIFE. WHEN THE UTILITY KNIFE GOT STUCK IN THE BELT, EE PULLED HARD ON THE KNIFE FREEING IT FORM THE BELT AND PUNCTURING HIS RIGHT LEG JUST ABOVE THE KNEE. EE WAS KNEELING ON THE BELT DIRECTLY IN LINE WITH THE CUT.
